1. All Products ordered from the Website will be successfully delivered by our courier partners to the customers. However, www.greenhillgarment.com does not include any refund or return policy. Products can only be exchanged in case of size issue or product issue.

No Products will be accepted if (a) the Products have been damaged or used by the User (b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product (c) if as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered (d) any other circumstances that the Website may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
3. If the user wants to exchange the product within 15 days from the delivery date, then user can return the package using any courier service of his/her choice.
